Dr. Daxx Dunn opened the doors of Family Vision Care in 2002. It is Dr. Dunn’s goal to provide men, women, and children of all ages with excellent ocular health while making them feel like family when they visit his office. He has been voted by Williamson County parents as their #1 choice in eye care 15 times.

Dr. Marla Weldon
Dr. Marla Weldon is a Tennessee native and joined Family Vision Care in 2011. Dr. Weldon is a graduate of University of Alabama Birmingham College of Optometry. In addition to primary care, her expertise in ocular disease, pediatric optometry, and contact lenses make her a valuable asset to our team.

Dr. Kelly Short
Dr. Kelly Short graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, and had the honor of completing a clinical internship at the Naval Base Optometry Clinic in Corpus Christi, TX. Dr. Short has a degree in neuroscience and is pleased to help our patients with physical disabilities or traumatic injuries.
